When will I receive my order?

From the moment you place your order, allow 5-7 business days to receive your shipment. After your order processes, you will receive an order confirmation email. While most orders ship sooner than that, and we do our best to get your order processed and out the door as soon as possible.

If you would like for us to take a look at your order, please, send us an email at support@balancegenics.com and we would be glad to help.
