My subscription order has already shipped. Can I still cancel?

In order to best serve you, we began processing your order as soon as it was placed. Unfortunately, once your order is being processed, we are not able to cancel it. 

If you do not wish to keep the order that was most recently processed, we will be happy to issue a full refund. Please, contact our customer support team at to request a shipping label. Once we have received the products you wish to return and your parcel has been sorted at our facility, we will send you confirmation that it has been refunded to your card via email.
